Embracing Interpersonal Touch 

These are private instructional sessions for transformation out of hyperhidrosis. In this stage, you will be ready for interpersonal touch as enough shame and self-rejection will have been released. In this stage, interpersonal touch is encouraged, including shaking hands, holding hands, hugging, and more, using hands, feet, underarms, torso, and face. You’ll learn how to introduce and direct the dynamics of others in your life.
